I'm trying to take a practice test before my Azure Certification test this afternoon, but every time I click the link to launch the practice test, I am taken to the https://www.kaplanlearn.com/ site that loads for 30 seconds and then comes up with either a 502: Bad Gateway or 500: Internal Error. I've tried in Chrome and Firefox, and Incognito mode, so it appears to be on their end. Wanted to see if there is anything I can do now before my test?

Kaplan Learn Practice Test 500: Internal Error

Apologies couldn't answer you before your exam. If you're getting 500 errors, this is a problem on your end and that means you're at their mercy and speed of recovery. Your best bet if it happens again is to check their site, most services providers have a page that tells you if there are issues and if they're aware of these issue. If not, you can report it directly to them.

Thanks. I ended up passing anyway. It does look as though it is loading now.
