I can only find Practice Exams for Linux+
Are there none available for LPI exams within ITPro.tv?
If not, do you recommend I find some before attempting the Linux Essentials exam?

Yes - it is so unfortunate that our Practice Exam partner has not moved to LPIC exams!
Running through some practice is always a great idea before hitting the exam. So yes - go for it. In fact, for Linux Essentials, there are some nice free quiz options out there. For example:

I have the LPI Linux Essentials. It's a "rounded off" exam so just work on using the terminal as much as you can and you will be fine. Also learn about how the Open Source community are and the licenses that goes with it. Wish you all the best in becoming a real Linux Professional, the LPI are great to have.
