Attached is an example of it.. The LibreDraw app cannot be found.
In lab guide, I see the machine you're working on is named PLABWIN10
but the lab machine you're currently working on is PLABDC01
.
To run the lab as required, look at the vertical bar between the guide and your lab window. The link may be incorrect on the lab provider's side. Try and click on the other machine and see if the upper left corner of the machine changes the label to PLABWIN10
.
If not, you may need to submit a support ticket directly to support@practice-labs.com for immediate support. Let them know you've accessed the labs through your ITProTV subscription. I would include the screen shot you have here. Let them know that when you selected the properly marked PLABWIN10
that it opened PLABDC01
.
I will also let our product people to know of the issue as well, this will log it on our end to address it again if your direct support ticket doesn't help. They're pretty good at addressing the issue quickly for you without having to go through us which is a another step added into the solution.
