Hi,
I just want to see if anyone has similar issue as me regarding this lab.
On Step 9, it says "Please wait while the installation is in progress. This will take a few minutes to finish."...well, I'm waiting for over 30minutes to finish with installation progress. I've tried with rebooting several times the VM (PLABDM01) & still the same issue.
If anyone has similar issue, can you advise on how to resolve it?

I am going through the lab now. I did notice selecting adksetup.exe as directed in the lab steps caused an error. I selected adksetup.exe_10.1.18362.1.exe instead (newer version) and the installation is progressing. I will let you know if it finishes, and how long it takes.
I believe Practice Labs updated the version of the ADK, but did not update the lab steps. I will let them know.

The ADK install took less than 10 minutes for me. Try again using the newer version, and see if that works for you.
