Please let me attach a picture here.
In the picture above where 8 servers are being clustered together, are all 8 of them identical servers? Like let's say if one of them goes down, does any sort of functionality goes for a toss, or is it like it can still provide the same set of services that the entire cluster used to provide before one or two servers going down?

If clustering servers, all of them should be identical. So that if any one server is down, there is no lost in any service.

@Ronnie-Wong Also Sir I have one more doubt now! Can we do Clustering without using Load Balancers? If yes, is it okay to do so?
You can but you defeat the purpose of doing so. When accessing the cluster, you're normally accessing it via a virtual IP address that is assigned to the entire cluster and the cluster chooses which device you're accessing at any one point in time. If you setup a cluster, you can access each device via the IP address you assigned to it but then why are you doing clustering?
