We are having a major PUSH on all things security and I have suggested a few ideas to harden our IT security.
I have been asked to produce a paper on my suggestions and I have written up something like this:

I am wondering if anyone knows of any vendors that have a "template" as such that I could use to make sure I am hitting key points when I am writing up my papers to show to management as I believe I am going to be asking do to more of these moving forward?
