Do all videos have PDF notes? I just started Windows Essentials (abbreviated name) and covering control panel, I saw transcript button but not notes.

This depends on the Subject Matter Expert on the show. If there are no notes, some notes or very detailed notes are all manually created by the SME. So for instance when I am the SME, I usually include notes when the topic is complex. I may not include them if the entire episode is demonstration.
