ITProtv video doesn't display but sound works fine

NOTE: Before I installed Docker Desktop App ITProTV video played fine.

Docker Desktop app installs WSL and turns on Windows Features WSL and Virtual Machine Platform and that is when the video doesn't play but the sound works fine.
When I disable the Hypervisor platform video works fine...

I am trying to figure out exactly why Virtualization is messing the video playback in the browser

Did you install all the optional patches for the BIOS, graphics adapter, Chipset, etc. from the motherboard site? Do you have all the patches for virtualization enabled?

I was looking for the system requirements for Docker Desktop on to Windows: https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/install/

The only thing you didn't mention in your setup is whether or not your CPU has SLAT support or is enabled. I assume it is but I'm not familiar with your processor.

the other thing is if you're doing the WSL2 backend, you must download the Linux kernel update package.

So, I assume it must be something with docker desktop and not just virtualization support, like VMware workstation or Microsoft Hyper-V. Since, we do run both of those on our work machines around ITProTV. We've not had any issues with video play back. But please do verify with the link above you've done those requirements...I think that's the starting point.
