How up to date are Microsoft Cert tests?

Hey there, as above my question is regarding how up to date the certification tests are. I'm currently almost done studying MS-900 and have done some practice tests from both here and other sources. A lot of the questions where written some time ago and a lot has changed since then. Some questions gets marked as wrong due to my answer being up to date according to docs.microsoft but was incorrect when the test was written/updated and new features has came out since etc.
How much of this old sort of outdated questions can be expected to be in the actual certification tests since it's a rather big deal for the result.

This kinda slipped by me. You can usually find out the latest iteration of the exam by doing a search on your favorite search engine for let's say exam ms-900. The site will normally will tell you

There is no easy way to know how much of old vs new questions you'll get. You can do what is recommended, which is take a look the skills measured document to see what topics were changed and what percentage that topic is tested on the exams too. This may help you to realize where new questions would be added in.

Also in terms of documentation, I would look up those topics that have changed find the later documentation for those sections too.
