@Marco-Salameh Where our labs are maintained and controlled by an outside vendor from ITProTV, I would recommend submitting a support ticket directly to Practice Labs, the makers of the lab modules, by emailing support@practice-labs.com or through the "?" within the lab navigation bar. They'll be able to diagnose any errors occurring with your labs and provide troubleshooting options. They also have a Contact Us page with a 24/7 phone support number that you can call as well.

Which lab are you working on? I was able to use the @ symbol in the MD-100 labs.

I would love to help, but I need to know which lab you are referring to. The @ symbol works in every lab I have tried.
Maybe there is a problem with that particular lab, or a problem with your account. If it is the latter, the only way to get help is to contact Practice Labs.
Are you having trouble launching the lab as well?
