Twice now I've installed the ITPro TV app (version 4.3 from May 2021) on my TCL Roku TV. At first everything's fine, I can view course content videos with no problems, but after I leave the app and then open it again, I'm confronted with a totally blank screen except for the menu bar on the left. There are no videos to be seen.
In the "Courses" section I can see the various courses available (e.g. Network+, CCNA) but selecting a course leaves me once again with a blank screen.
I can view the content videos with no problems on my Android tablet and my Macbook, but I'd like the option to watch them on a 30" screen while I'm using my computer and tablet for other things.
