Hello,
I am currently following the security+ courses. I am wondering how to manage my learning journey. My question is : Should I learn all the theory (Security + Courses) and then do the Virtual Labs or should I do it the step by step (read a part of the courses and then do little bit of the Virtual labs)

A lot of that depends on the way that you find to be the best. I typically find that by doing things in stages is best. As you learn the theory, find the Practice Lab that matches that lesson and apply it. Another good thing to do is to write out any notes on a Word Document or even a simple notepad. The more that you process and read things, the better for truly learning something. Best wishes and success!
