I'm about to start studying for my Pentest+ certification, and noticed that a new test (PTO-002) is replacing the current one (PTO-001) later this month. It's apparently been in beta for some time.
Have the ITPro.tv staff had a chance to review the changes and make a decision as to whether a new course will be produced? If so, do you have an ETA?
Thanks in advance for the answers on this as they will help guide my study plan and timeline.
Daniel and I have just started shooting the new CompTIA PenTest+ series related to the latest iteration of the exam. I'm not sure on an ETA for the entire completion. It took a little time for Daniel to review the objectives and then come up with a game plan. But now the exam objectives are publicly released, you may see on the ITProTV site the episodes appear soon after their post production is completed. So you do not necessarily have to wait to the entire course is completely in the can before you see episodes in the series.
