If anyone can answer that would be great! My question is if I schedule an exam today and pay for the exam and then they choose to come out with the new revision of the CompTia A+ exam, does that mean that if I pass my exam that I signed up for is invalid? Meaning I would have to take the newer exam in order to truly get A+ certified? Thank You for your feed in advance.

No all certifications are valid for a period of time from (usually around 3 yrs is an industry standard). If you sit for the exam on the last day of that 3 yr cycle, then it is valid for about 3 years from that date, even if a new iteration of the exam appears let's say about a week before you took the current exam.
The only time you may run into an issue with this when interviewing for a job and the interviewer says you must have the newest exam certification under your belt. Even so, you have a chance to explain that you had the exam scheduled before the newest release.
But with your recent success on the CompTIA A+ exam, you could tell them that if the company requires it and is willing to pay for it again, you would be willing to take it again so soon after you recently passed the exam. Most in hiring position will either says yes...or your recent success is sufficient but maybe next year. By that point you will have earned your Network+ exam, if not your Security+ exam already so it shouldn't matter.

Thank you Ronnie for the feedback! Worst comes to worst, I take the next the current exam and the newer one comes out a week later or even a day later and then the position that I may be applying for, the employer may ask me to take the newer exam as soon as possible, but they may pay for it, which is good.

Right. It is even possible that you may proffer to take the exam on the condition the company not only pays for it but may even comp training for it as well....So, it's never to your disadvantage for you take it regardless.
Yes, upfront money is paid and gone but you could get hired immediately without a condition hanging over your head. Even if they require it and pay for it. You've now seen how the exam is and may only have to look for changes from the current iteration to focus your time and effort. Or maybe even ask, if they would mind you pursue the "next" exam like Network+....
