Hi all, I'm in the process of watching the CompTIA A+ series. I know it's approximately past the cutoff date for the 2019 version, but there is a grace period. I would like to take the 2022 version since Windows 7 has been retired and now there is Windows 11, not to mention all of the new hardware that's been updated. I've looked on CompTIA's website to see if there is a list of criteria that will be on the new exam but didn't have any luck. Does anyone have this information? I heard Wes is working on videos for the 2022 version so maybe he would have feedback, but any other feedback is welcome.

CompTIA A+ Updated Exam

Hey @Vance-Evans
Thank you for reaching out to us, current CompTIA has not released the newest objectives for the A+ certification exam. This gives you as an exam candidate, at least six months before the 220-1000 series retires. If you pass the 220-1000 series or the 220-1100 series (TBA) you will be certified for three years. I would recommend checking back periodically over the next few weeks at https://www.comptia.org/certifications/a#examdetails to stay informed as to when the latest objectives drop!
Best Regards,
Wes BryanKnowledge is a road to be traveled upon, not a destination to be reached~~
