I do not understand. Can you provide more context. I see vlans and subnets. I'm not sure what each of the squares represents? A port? a VLAN?

configure your VLAN 10,20,30,40
put those ports associated to each vlan in them from the L3 switchOn the right L3 switch
configure your VLAN 50,60 70
put those ports associated to each vlan in them from the L3 switchConfigure a trunk between the left and right layer 3 switches.
You would need to do configure routing on your Layer 3 switches
