Hello.
I watched the whole networking section of the A+ 220-1101 course, but there were no mentions about wireless protocols ranges. In Google every website mentions another range. So what are the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax ranges indoors and outdoors which answered on the A+ exam will be correct?
Thank you.

@Maksymilian-Sybicki great question, one thing you might notice is there is different opinions when quoting ranges, but this might help:
Higher frequencies have shorter distances (5GHz), but faster speeds.
Lower frequencies have greater distance (2.4 GHz)General ranges:
.11a = 100 meters
.11b = 150 meters (sometimes under ideal conditions, outdoors twice this distance)
.11g = 150 meters
.11n = 250 meters
.11ac = 35 meters (indoors)Best Regards,
