I would like to have some advice about, what is the best next exam to take as (a network admin or a cyber security analyst) regarding the ITIL Exam, noted that I already have the ITIL 4 foundation.

I definitely think the next certification in the ITIL4 family would be Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve. It deals with the important areas of governance and continual improvement, which are big areas in Cybersecurity and IT Service Management. I would then follow up with High Velocity IT.
