Error: setfacl: option -m invalid argument near character 3

I keep getting this error when trying to assign group ACL using setfacl

Anyone able to assist?

Your second command is typed correctly so that usually that indicates that the group you specified does not exist. Run grep Marketing /etc/group to see if it is present. Also, remember that group names are case sensitive.
