Live Show Calendar Time Zone

What time zone is the live show calendar in. I have been trying to tune into the live shows but cant seem to figure out when to be on

Great question! We seems to have never mentioned it. We do our live episodes in US Eastern Time Zone. ITProTV normally streams 2 shows daily (approx. 0930 - 1200, 1330 - 1600) and occasionally, we also stream in the evenings (approx. 1730 - 1930).
