SSCP new course 2022 vs 2019?

I'm studying the SSCP 2019 course through ITProTV and took a break and today spotted the new 2022 course. I've booked my SSCP exam for later this month (November). It is based on new exam released November 01.

Should I study the new 2022 course instead? I see it's about half the length of the 2019 video (2019 is 46 hours long, 2022 is 26 hours).

@Stewart-Moore , I hope all is well. YES... you should be using the new 2022 course that was recently released, as it is 100% updated and aligned with the most recent ISC@ SSCP Exam outline.
