Hello,
Today I passed my ITIL v4 Foundation exam, wouldn't have done it without you guys! However, I'm a bit confused about which one I should follow next. Let me mention that I do not have any prior experience with ITIL.
Hello,

Congratulations! Glad we could be of assistance.
As to which ITIL cert you should take next, I would suggest either ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, Support (CDS) or ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve (DPI). CDS is more of an operational type of certification which deals with more of the Design and Transition and Deliver and Support SVC activities. DPI is a great overall cert all about Governance, Risk and Compliance and Continual Improvement. Both will be a boost if you wish to get into management in IT.
Good luck!
Kind Regards,
