To be fair i used to use the lab environments for that use even before but now its official sandboxes 
Any plans to throw little exercises in the courses to try in the sandboxes on the labs, i feel i learn better when i just am told do this and no guidance... and then have a solution video for if i get really stuck... anyways just throwing ideas out feel free to use them. Trying to be more positive with the changes at itprotv
