I want to get into Cybersecurity, I have my MTA 98-366 Networking Fundamentals, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, and (ISC)2 Certified Cybersecurity cert. Associate Science and working towards earning my BS management Dec 23 this year. What is the next logical cert that will provide me learning what I need and cert proving to my employer I am hungry. I am currently on the Service Desk / Desktop Support role. Also, should I be learning a scripting language, or programming language, then learn to script with that programming language? I am asking a lot, apologies.

Hello Bijon!
First of all - please be sure to take some time and celebrate how far you have come already! Security+ and your other certifications achieved have been a great start. Keep in mind plenty in our field would not move much beyond the certifications that you have described.
One consideration for you on your cert journey - it might be time for you to select a vendor and go deeper into their cyber offering. This would be very beneficial if you consider yourself more of a Blue Team type. Should you be more intrigued by the Red Team stuff, you could pursue certifications in Pen Testing of course.
Being able to hold your own with coding is pretty much expected these days. I have made sure I am proficient with Python, SQL, Splunk Processing Language, and HTML/CSS. Note that I am not Ninja level on ANY of those - but I can interpret and work with them with ease.
Let me conclude with this observation - when discussing careers there is simply no one right answer...with that said - I hope I have helped you and I look forward to any follow up queries.
Warmest regards,
