I understand your videos are secured because it's important to your business. Will it ever be possible to download videos for times when I have sketchy internet access? It would also be nice if the video was downloaded because it would save my position if I had to close out for awhile. Even having the audio to listen to in my car would be nice but I don't have the data plan on my phone to support it. Thank you for your consideration.
It's definitely something we have been looking in to. We would love to make the whole library downloadable, but DRM is a nightmare we don't want to get involved in. We haven't found a perfect solution to protecting our videos and not annoying the hell out of the end user yet. We are definitely open to suggestions.
I commute 9 hours a week and I too would like an audio only stream so that I could listen to the material. I'm sure you've already thought of this but an iOS and/or Android App might be a solution for protecting your content while providing a consistent, feature rich user experience. For reference, I think the Audible iOS app allows a user to access their library and download/remove content from their device as needed. I know developing an app isn't a small task, but I thought I'd throw that out there.
