This isn't so much a question but an observation. I have spent many hours watching TechTV and now content from the TWIT network, so I naturally like the format you adopted for your site. I am studying for the CCNA and much of the material is a very high quality. I know you're not going to make everyone happy all the time, but I think you should consider editing, or re-recording episode #00000111. It is educational don't get me wrong, and it was interesting to see you work through the troubles you were having, thus is the enjoyment of live training (even when played back) but it just feels like the materials had so much troubleshooting that the base educational facts took on a completely different path while the episode kind of train wrecked. I am sure that this will be a situation as you grow you need to look back at the material you created, I'd suggest starting here. I am going to use an alternate web training site to review this material as well since I feel I missed something.

Kip,
Thank you for the feedback. I definitely see what you mean and we can certainly re-record the show. Let me get with Ronnie and see what we can do. We'll probably save both episodes though, since this one was so effective at demonstrating troubleshooting EIGRP, but I can definitely see your point in that it would be confusing for a first-time learner.
Thank you for watching,

I agree there would be a lot of value to keeping the original episode as well, maybe moving it down to troubleshooting and giving it a starting bookend introduction. Maybe edit Ron's joke out; Some of those are painful. j/k I enjoy it all though, thanks you for your consideration of my recommendation.

I was about to ask...but now I see why there are two episodes.
Thanks,

Yep, we re-shot the EIGRP episode to provide a more easy to understand introduction to EIGRP. Then, we had Jason, our video editing wizard, chop up the old episode and turn it in to an EIGRP troubleshooting episode. All in all, it turned out nice.
Thanks for the feedback guys,
