Hi Ronnie,
I too am having this issue however I am not able to see a download link on the loaded course page.. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE with no luck. If I am fast enough, I see a download option in the upper left as the page loads. When I click on it and try a download, the file never downloads. I then tried to click on the option to provide download links and it still does nothing. I have tried this on several different courses in the Microsoft and Cisco courses.
Any help is appreciated, I am a premium member so I think that should qualify me for the downloads, but maybe there is another tier to get the downloads?
Thanks

Hi Ronnie,
I'm having the same issue. If I click fast enough on the "Download this Course" link I can get to the download page, but when you select the courses to download and click on "Start Downloads" nothing happens. I have also tried on several different browsers. Using Windows 7, IE 10, Chrome 44, Firefox 40.
Thanks,
Tim -
I'm also having the same issue.

I am also getting this error, tried firefox, chrome and IE.
I upgraded to the annual so I could download the courses for offline viewing on my commute... come on ITPro TV - get it sorted.

By providing this, we can try, if nothing else, we will try to recreate the issue with your same setup. This i will help us to help you and also it will help others to check here in the future!

Same problem here. I have checked several courses and various episodes within these courses with no luck finding the download link. I have used this wonderful feature in the past and am ready to reload my study folder.
Browser = Chrome Version 44.0.2403.157 m
OS = Win8.1I didn't bother with other browsers as numerous users report the same issue across all the popular flavors.
I look forward to this feature being restored to is original glory very soon!
Kind regards,

A quick update. After more thoroughly clicking through the course library, I have found the "Download this course' link DOES exist in most of the courses. On my system, the problem seems to be isolated to all but one the MS Office courses (only PowerPoint 2013 - Part 1 has the link).
Further, as previous users commented, the link appears for a very brief period but disappears. It looks as if all courses load or redirect in two or three phases. In the affected courses, the link appears in the course header portion, but as the site continues to load, the link seems to disappear before the course title appears. Just guessing this is a simple omission in site code for this course group?
Following the same hyperlink structure as in other courses (appending /download-course in place of /episode/####... in the URL) simply defaults back to the itpro.tv course library as if the download-course page doesn't exist for these courses.
Hope this is helpful.
Many thanks,
Pat -

@pat-peruso
Pat - Thanks for your comments. Our Office content is not available for download because it is produced and owned by another party. There was an error in the course you referenced that has now been fixed - thanks for the heads up on that one. Good news is that ITProTV will soon be creating our own Office content that we can't wait to share with you! Look for it to be added to the schedule soon. All of it will be available for download to our annual premium members.Angie
