Was upgrading a switch IOS covered in one of the shows? I am going through the CCENT shows and they mentioned doing an upgrade but then I never saw it happen.
I don't normally have a day where I let things slip. Today though I did. I think ( I have to check) we did this in the CCNA R+S exam instead. Even though we mention in the CCENT, I think you'll find that demonstration in the CCNA R+S show.
