Airplay in Mac OSX not showing up in Secondary

I used to be able to see the AirPlay icon on the Secondary Vimeo Screen, thus giving me the ability to stream it to my AppleTV. Now I don't see the AirPlay Icon on Vimeo Secondary. Has anything changed or am I doing something wrong,

@techgiant2000 I just did a test from my iPad running iOS 9.2 and I was able to AirPlay to my 3rd gen Apple TV using the Vimeo screen. The AirPlay icon was greyed out until I started playing the video and then I was able to select the Apple TV. Can you tell me what devices and software versions you are using?

Absolutely! I am using ITPROTV on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 within Safari 9.0.2 to stream on my apple tv with the latest s/w update. To reiterate, from within Safari 9.0.2, I was able to get the airplay icon within ITPro.TV courses> Secondary, Airplay Icon option Within the Vimeo Screen to stream to Apple TV.
