I am stuck in an IT rut and feel qualified now more for helpdesk roles or break fix technician roles - because of a lack of certification more so than knowledge. I am aiming at changing this by using your series, some external studying.
One thing I am noticing on almost every posting for a position out there; is having one of two certifications and they are looking for ITIL.
Is ITIL on your list of certifications to cover? What about Project Management ?
Request for Series
We haven't announced it because it is somewhat in the air but we will most likely be recording ITIL in the next few weeks. Don't quote me on it, but it should be coming soon.
As for project management, I am a PMP and have taught PMP courses for many years. However, the PMI has fairly strict rules about covering their content online and we are still working through the details. I am unsure when/if we will be able to do that.
Thanks for writing in,
Any idea if you'll be adding the CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician certificate training to your library list?
Let me talk with the team and see if this is in our future scheduling of possibility. Thanks for the request!

Any idea if you will be doing a series on ITIL? Would like to see that one. Thanks
