Any one know of a guide that details the customization you can do with the start menu, taskbar, and etc. when using sysprep? And also using the unattend.xml file with the copyprofile line.

You may also want to consider looking up DISM (Deployment Image Servicing Manager, i think anyway) which is a big part of the newer OS Image deployment toolkits.
