Is there somewhere else I should report this?
I was hoping to save some videos for offline study on my iPad, but there's no obvious sign in link. When I click on the save this video link and then try tapping "link to my account" the link blinks for a second and nothing happens.
How do I resolve this?

I've submitted it our support for you. But if you have any more technical issues with the app the best method to receive a quicker answer is click on Contact Us and fill out the form there. That gets you in contact with the support team faster.
Our forums will try to help here but it's more designed for content related question rather than technical help...it will work but it will just take longer.

Thanks for letting us know here. The best response though will come from submitting a support ticket through CONTACT US at the top right of the page. This will get to someone who is in the direct support pipeline faster and lead to a direct response and our awesome support team will then be able to track it too!
I can submit it for you but this will be a slower route since they'll respond to me first before you.
