Best Courses to take for Network/System Engineer

Hi.
I have been in IT a long time. Mostly self taught stuff. Have lots of experience in many areas but no real expertise in any. Would like to advance my Systems and Network knowledge. There are so many courses to take. Was hoping you might be able to help point me in a better direction based on experience and industry trends etc.

@David-Kallweit The A+ Network courses are designed to be vendor neutral. If you are not specifically working with Cisco equipment I would do the Network+.

Comptia also has a vendor neutral server+ but I don't see it here on the course list. With servers I'd pick 1 platform and really learn it. With Networking everything is standardized where if you know how a technology works you can pick up any switch and configure it quite easily. You might have to search the individual commands or click around a GUI but you know what to expect and what to look for.
