If you click on the MORE link at the top right of the page, you should see another link for PRACTICE TESTS. You can then select the correct exam.
Let me mention, especially for this exam, the exam requires that you have the equivalent knowledge of someone who already has achieved the MCSA in Windows 8 or 8.1. If you do not, you'll need to also sit the 70-698 exam, which is not out yet.
The practice exam will test you on your familiarity with Windows 10 as well as Enterprise support at the MCSA level.
