I see Server 2019 will be released later this year and a few Tech previews of Project Honolulu have been released and this looks to be a server manager replacement. Can we get some shows on Project Honolulu and Server 2019?

70-741 was filmed a week ago and I see some of the episodes(I saw half of them live and they were very good). But I still don't see the notes that ?

Also when will be see WDS either be re-filmed or WDS for server 2016?

@Nate, did you post any notes in response to my message because I checked the RMS episode I was talking about and there were NO notes. I thought there were more things to be posted beyond the link to the MS Lab. Are you saying the lab notes are listed for that episode?

I just finished the 70-412 RMS and Federations Episode 00001101 and I cannot find the notes for this episode. Don P. said he was going to put into the show notes a link to the MS TechNet handson lab to take for this course and to be sure to have at least 2 hours to go through the whole lab. But when I checked this episode I do not see the link or name of the TechNet lab or the Lab notes for this episode? Help .

I know these episodes are old but they are needed for us to help pass the 70-411 exam, I agree with Will and Eric, these 2 need to be re-filmed.

Where can I get a good simple explanation of the Set Aging and Scavenging for 2012 R2. I look at the Zone Aging/Scavenging Properties display that shows the first part of the on the No-Refresh interval and I see the next part on the Refresh interval. By default they are both set to 7 days, does anyone have a simple answer on how this works, it does not make sense to me as it is written.

    Thanks in advance.
    Jim

I took the MS 70-410 test a couple weeks ago(and passed) but there were a lot of questions in very specific detail about HyperV and that is why I would like to see a course on HyperV that goes into more detail and maybe runs some of the top problems people face in HyperV and how to correct them.

I have submitted a Course Request... I think I will be posting a few more.

I thank you for your quick response to my message. Is this how most large companies would handle DNS ? Do larger companies Microsoft / IBM / Bank of America / Yahoo / Google, would they set up some Round Robin DNS servers for this?

You answered my question, it just brought up another question on how LARGE companies handle this because I cannot see a big company adding all these additional DNS server addresses unless they did it would Group Policy or something else?

    Thanks Again

I know it is important to have multiple DNS servers in your domain. Maybe even a 3rd or 4th DNS servers.

If your primary dns server goes offline and your secondary goes offline how will your clients be able to access the 3rd or 4th DNS server? In the network adapter there are only two entries you can put in for your DNS servers. Would you have to go to your clients and enter DNS server 3 and 4 as the DNS server you want to us?

Am I missing something ? The whole idea is to have multiple DNS servers available but if you can only list 2 I see a problem?

Does anyone know what I have to do to make sure the 3rd or 4th DNS server would service requests if DNS 1 and 2 failed, without immediate intervention from the System admin.
