These 4 assignments, all based on a presented-case study:
3 are 60 minute presentations
1 is 90 minute presentation
These four assignments cover five assessment criteria:
Relate the ITIL guiding principles to all aspects of Digital and IT Strategy
Use a digital positioning tool to determine the appropriate position for a digital organization
Assess strategic approaches for digital organizations
Apply the approaches to strategy coordination and implementation
Know how to analyze the VUCA factors and address them in a digital and IT strategy
You can earn up to 40 points across the 4 activities and you 30 points to pass this assessment section so that you can sit for the exam. I do not believe that word count is a requirement. These assignments will be graded on the following:
Completeness of the presentations and the quality of the information presented, etc.
