I was trying to continue my lab work but it seems to have changed to Premium Lab. Going further it looks like about half of the labs are not for additional purchase. Is this a glitch or will all labs be for additional purchase in the future?

Just the opposite. All of our premium labs are in the process of becoming "FREE" for all of our members in the near future!
I need to ask you to submit a support ticket, this will get it into the system for our developers to see it quicker than posting here.
