Also, is there any recommendations anyone has for someone who has a BS in Cyber Security. What would be a Certificate that would enhance this degree and get them started in the Security field? CCNA, Security+, CEH or other?
I wish could tell you there's a one size fits all answer to your question but it comes down to the job you wish to apply. For example, if you're working for the DOD as a contractor, you may be required to meet the DOD 8140 (8570 successor) Directive more info: https://certification.comptia.org/it-career-news/post/view/2015/09/11/what-are-u-s-dod-8140-8570-and-8570-01-m-and-what-do-they-mean-for-your-career-
Your particular company you're interested in may require less or more depending on the position. Usually in addition to the degree and certifications it may be that you could substitute work experience for them or a combo.
So I can tell you the industry standard in general is at least CompTIA Security+. Then you can specialize toward something like CEH or CCNA Security for example depending on the company. This is by no means a complete example.
