Unsolved 70-411 Operation Master Roles Using Ntdsutil.exe to transfer or seize

The 70-411 Operation Master Roles video neglected to mention how to seize or transfer FSMO roles via command line. I'm not sure if this is directly required reading or not for the exam but good to know for the real world none the less.

There is a utility called Ntdsutil.exe that can be used to do this. I've had to use this on occasion when transferring out an old or defective domain controller that just didn't want to go gracefully.

There is are several TechNet/Support articles on how to do this there isn't much use in me re-hashing it. They spell it out well
