Unsolved Virtualize Win 10 with Hyper-V 2016

I have a Windows 10 Pro workstation (dual processors, 96GB RAM) that has programs and data already installed. I want to install Hyper-V 2016 instead of the version that normally comes with Win 10 (to get maximum features from Server 2016). I want to install so that current Win 10 OS becomes host.

I want to create an at home virtual environment to get certs and to have safer web browsing platform.

Will this work? How can I install Hyper-V 2016 and Server 2016 trial version, etc. with Win 10 as host without loosing current Win 10 setup?

If you want to run VMWARE WORKSTATION PRO and use it on Windows 10 to build and host a Windows Server 2016 VM and then use nested virtualization with the Server VM, then check out the link below:

Oh well. Digging in a little further and found some information that stops me from trying to setup virtual on my photo editing workstation:

Limitations
Using virtualization does have limitations. Features or applications that depend on specific hardware will not work well in a virtual machine. For example, games or applications that require processing with GPUs might not work well.

I'll need to use ITPRO's virtual lab features. Can't comprise my photo editing software.

That makes sense. There are other options to allow you to run a virtualized environment as I suggested above that would not impact your ability to use the photo editing software, such as VMware Workstation or Oracle's Virtualbox. Both of these provide a software based hypervisor that runs on top of Windows 10 and would allow you to create and use virtual machines without impacting the ability of Windows 10 to do all the work related things that you still need.
