HI:
Is it possible to build a VM (Virtual Machine) with an older operating like Windows 7 and an Install a Windows 10 pro ISO File in a Virtual machine? Or do I need to Buy an actual Windows 10 pro machine (Desktop or laptop) that has a copy of Windows 10 pro pre-installed on it and double check to to see if it can run a VM and Hyper-V (systeminfo32.exe) command tool.
Update Information (March 17 2019)
I found this link or information by accident, as i was looking for information in regards to the Windows 10 70-698 courses or videos and or practice test, Udemy.com an online learning platform very familiar to lynda.com, Pluralsight.com, skillshare.com, CBTnuggets.com, where other Subject Matter Expert come together to share their knowledge and skills with a particular technology in this case How to Setup a Windows 10 VirtualBox, as I was watching the preview this is what I was looking for and according to the preview video on Udemy.com (Windows 10 VirtualBox) its running on a Windows 7 Basic Host with a virtualized Windows 10 pro edition? but don't you need to have Hyper-V and a SLAT Enable Processor (VT-X with Intel or AMD-V? Processor) to make this work, which it doesn't explain in the introduction video?
here's the link
If anyone can clarify this this will be great, I'll probably purchase this video anyways.
