Hello, is there a way to download the entire course at once instead of video by video? Also I don't see a way to just listen to the audio of the course. It would be helpful to download just the audio to listen on the go.

Hello Styo,
Thanks for your feedback. We rely on member feedback to help prioritize features and ideas. We have considered the downloading of a whole course, but it gets trickier and harder (too many reasons to list) for such a large download process to kick off. Still under consideration!
I like the idea of adding an option for downloading audio only and am writing that one down for us to explore further. Please feel free to send feedback at any time and thanks for taking time out of your day to help us make your experience better. Happy viewings! -
I just noticed you posted this under Android app too. We are completely re-writing our Android app this year to match our flagship app experience we just finished with iOS. Stay tuned! @Styo

HI @Kevin-Renken , I am Ryan Earls, Product Manager as of 6 months ago. I am so sorry to hear about your frustration. 1. The Android app is not acceptable in current state. For this reason, we pulled it from the app store. 2. We are in ACTIVE development of a new Android app, with a new developer from the last one. 3. I can assure you this is a top priority of ours and apologize that wasn't made clear until now. 4. We are a small fast growing company, who is taking as much feedback from users like you as possible, to help prioritize what we need to fix. 5. We are in ACTIVE development of massive overhauling the web UI (Course Library was just updated), and you will see big changes to apps and web UI over the next year. 6. We added a front end team and added to our engineering team, so that we can pick up the pace in delivering features you want. 7. On Android, we are optimized for mobile browser experience in Chrome. All that said, I want to thank you for hanging in there and I hope you will like the positive changes coming. Please feel to reach out to me to discuss further. Again, thanks for taking the time to voice your frustration and I am glad you like our content.

Hey Ryan, just wanted to pop in and thank you for your work on this. We are a relatively new customer. We were lured away from CBTNuggets by the course selection and a very attractive subscription offer. Even then, it was a very narrow decision due to concerns over the website UI and the app's lack of functionality.(I also really liked their verified minutes system, I have to admit.) Honestly, if not for the discount we'd probably still be over there. All that to say that the move was jarring and I've had my concerns but having you here saying this and the recent site update both give me hope and renewed confidence in the move. Content is huge and part of why we are here, but as Jo P. was saying in the ITIL 4 series I'm currently enjoying from you, (and I know I'm stretching this a bit.) Value comes from both Utility and Warranty. I think ITPro.TV has the Warranty side more than it doesn't. Thanks to its great catalog I feel confident I'll never manage to run out of things to learn from you all. Utility is where things have been lagging and it sounds like you guys are now working to fix that and I really look forward to it. I don't know how fast you are growing as is but I think things will start to shoot forward comparitively with some extra spit and polish. You can be sure I'll be doing my part through feature suggestions.

Thanks @Lee-Engelhardt . We appreciate that a LOT! We are one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America. 2019 will bring massive user experience changes in both UI and apps. It is no longer on the road-map, these things are happening!! I am overly excited to see the impact it will have to your experience.
Looking forward to more feedback from you all as we roll these things out. Feel free to drop me a line any time or even chat in to us from the chat feature (I am in there multiple times daily) on the website.
