Hi All, I am working on Network+ sub-netting but struggling. I have watched the step-by-step example episodes and as I am following along with Wes in the video, it all makes sense, but when I try to do a problem on my own I get completely lost. Does anyone have any other methods, videos, examples, tips or tricks that may help me get this into my brain? Do most people struggle with this or am I an anomaly? Thanks!

please feel free to take a look at the CCENT show, we have a couple of episodes on subnetting there that may be supplemental to what you've already learned in Network+.

My favorite sub-netting video is Prof Messers seven second subnetting. You find him on youtube. I did all my exams with that method because it is so easy to learn and fast.
I didn't saw the CCENT show, but it is good to find out the best way that works for you. -
@Calla-Neil Once you have the fundamentals down, and really understand how subnetting works and why we use, and you can solve subnetting questions with "long form" binary, it is time to learn speed techniques "shortcuts" for quickly solving certification questions.
Over at my blog, I have a bunch of posts in the CCENT category on "speed subnetting". NOTE: do not move to these too quickly! Be sure you master the fundamentals first.
