Could you all make a video about WMN, since it is in the CompTIA objectives 2.7?

Hey Keith,
Great question! I would be more than happy to help you here on the forums with that topic. Can you tell me which CompTIA exam you are referring to? My thought is that the topic is either a Wireless Metropolitan Network (such as 802.16 also known as WiMAX or Wireless Interoperable Microwave Access) or Wireless Mesh Networks (such as that is being referenced in the objective.
Here is a quick rundown:
802.16 was commercially known as used to describe WiMax, and now a more blanketing term for Wireless Metropolitan Networks, also seen as WMAN. This technology lost popularity in favor of LTE or Long Term Evolution for wireless carriers.
WMN - However this is most likely talking about Wireless Mesh Networks which can use multiple wireless technologies such as WiFi (802.11), WPAN(802.15), WMAN(802.16), and create ad-hoc network (a network in which all node can communicate with every other node). In this networking topology there are multiple access points(AP) and users connect to the nearest AP and data takes small hops, being forwarded to farther distance nodes via a “mesh” of connecting APs. This mesh(collection of interconnects APs and sometimes clients) creates a fault tolerant and self-healing network.
If you have additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.
