I am currently having some issues with the recipient type details showing as undefined under the Exchange Management Console for the O365 forrest.
Currently when I right click on a mailbox it only has the options for 'Help' or 'Send Mail'

I am currently having some issues with the recipient type details showing as undefined under the Exchange Management Console for the O365 forrest.
Currently when I right click on a mailbox it only has the options for 'Help' or 'Send Mail'
Also some mailbox which do not have licenses are now comming up with the below error when trying to open the folders;
'Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed'

Is your email address policy a custom policy or default?

Please check and see if this happens with all accounts...and all computers or only with non-domain joined computers.
Also check your autodiscover dns settings to verify they are correct.
