I apologize if this has already been asked. Is there a resource/video describing how to use tools such as: traceroute, nc, netcat, curl, etc... for troubleshooting potential networking issues? If not I think it could be helpful. For example, a customer calls up and tells you they cannot SSH into a server. Is the problem a firewall on their end, ISP issue, etc...

Within the content of our shows, we tend to use some of the command line utilities built into the technology we're using. But it may be worth taking a look into the possibility of producing a ITProTV Skills show on it. I'll add this to our show request list.
