@mike-roderick and anyone with experience of this exam,
Hi, been awhile!
Having used M365 as an end user and from a security managmeent perspective the past few years I thought it would be good idea to take this course and exam. I've completed the course and found it very enlightening re the M365 eco-system; it really clarified and filled some gaps in my knowledge which was great. As an aside, I also completed content on LinkedIn Learning and Cybrary and itpro.tv wins for both content quality and delivery.
I booked my exam to give myself a target to work towards and made a start with the practice quizzes.
I've never done a Microsoft cert before so have no idea how representative the question types are of the real exam.
I'm concerned that on my first two attempts I'm scoring less than 50% (!), usually because I've selected 3 or 4 correct answers or put one thing in a 'put these in order' in the wrong place; in such cases there are no partial marks given for what I did get right, it's simply null points.. I think the issue is my exam technique rather than knowledge per se (except for some of the modern mangaement stuff and exact locations of some config options which I'll study some more).
I have not seen anything in the exam objectives that states what the pass mark is; do you have any idea of what I should be aiming for?
The exam is scheduled for Monday, would you recommend I reschedule?
Any other study advice is welcomed!
