Since the reformat - I no longer see links under the video pane where the ciourse notes would be...I am also curious why I am not seeing virtual labs and sandboxes anymore. Maybe I don't have something enabled...

Thanks for writing in. The courseware library redesign was pretty extension so the items you are looking for have been moved around a bit. If you should find all of the links you mentioned above the embedded video for each episode. They used to be large buttons beneath the video, but now they are smaller buttons located above the video. See the below screen shot to see what I mean.
If you do not see the links in the screenshot, then there maybe an issue with your user account. In that case, you will need to contact support by e-mailing support@itpro.tv.
