Hi Team,
I was watching some Microsoft Teams videos tonight and the video randomly stopped and reported a problem with my Internet connection, My Internet connection was working at the time.
My video dropped around 8pm Sydney time 8th June 2021.
I now can't load videos at all even after clearing the Chrome cache.and rebooting my Internet router. The general funtionality of the website is fine.

Is there a problem with your upstream video hosting provider at this time?

I am having the same problem. I keep getting an error, "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 104152)"
I have tried multiple browsers (cache cleared) and also from multiple devices. Still the error persists.
Please report this through the chat bubble on our site. This will allow us to log the issue and troubleshoot. Thank you.
