So sorry for the late reply as I've been teaching lots of ACI classes. When you say, "Intermediate" course, I'm assuming you are speaking of the ITIL 4 Specialist/Strategist courses and not the older ITIL 2011 Intermediate courses.
The ITIL 4 Foundation course will give you all you need to pass the Foundation exam. Adding the "Intermediate" level courses to what you watch would probably not be helpful. Here's why.

The Specialist courses assume you have the ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge so they skip right over anything that is foundational.

The Specialist courses will concentrate on several Practices that aren't covered in the Foundation material.
So I recommend watching the Foundation videos in their entirety and use those practice exams (Sample papers) that are downloadable for you to prep for the Foundation/Fundamentals exam.
